Ring in Spring Canvas with Emerald Creek

Ring in Spring with Green is being “Lucky”!!!
“Lucky” that here in Tennessee we are extremely blessed to have four seasons!!!
I am so looking forward to spring!!
For our bluebirds to come home to nest!
For our daffodils, hyacinths and clovers to show their spring flowers!!!
BUT….
Today I am sharing is my first design team post for Emerald Creeks Supplies!!!
I am sharing with you my canvas for the Ring in Spring with Green Dare Challenge!!!
I began my State of Mind Canvas by painting with layers of distress paints.
Allowing each layer to dry completely.
Apply crackled texture paste using a stencil and palette knife.
Allow the paste to dry and crackle.
Tear some card board from a box and die cut a clover.
Paint all with Picket Fence Distress Paint and then with Forest Moss.
Allow to dry between each application.
Stamp prepared cardboard with distress paint.
Ink edges with distress ink using blending tool.
Adhere pieces to prepared canvas.
Add remnant rubs to top of  prepared canvas and prepared cardboard.
Add prepared chipboard to top of canvas with pop dots.
Add prepared clover to top of canvas.
Add twine.
Apply distress pens to watercolor paper, mist with water so they will blend together.
Allow to dry prior to stamping.
Stamp Bird Crazy birds to prepared paper.
Add distress markers to create more depth to the crazy birds.
Allow to dry.
 Fussy cut prepared birds out.
Adhere one bird to top of chipboard on canvas.
Add second toward the bottom of canvas.
I hope I have inspired you to create something that rings in Spring!!!
Make sure to link up your projects on the Emerald Creek Blog!!!
Hugs Pam
