Clean and Simple Cards with Authentique

Clean and Simple Cards are super easy to create when you take a minute to do a card sketch. 
Today I have done that just for you… 
So it will be easy to use your Authentique scraps of paper you may having laying on your desk.

I love creating quick sketch designs to use up my scraps. 
It just makes it easy and who doesn’t love to send fabulous cards out using Authentique wonderful paper.

Begin by adhering a 5 1/2″ x 5 1/2 piece of Dublin pattern paper to top of Kraft Card Base. ‘
Add 2″ x 5 1/2″ border strip to top. Adhere premade paper doily to top. 
(You can find these in the cake decorating isle at your local stores.)

Adhere smaller 1″ x 5 1/2″ strip over edge; covering doily.

Add Authentique Elements pieces to top of  prepared card.

Adhere a pretty twine and ribbon bow to top of card.

Along with some beautiful flowers.

NOW…you are able to recreate again…

AND… again!

Until you have created a multitude of fabulous cards using an easy sketch design.

Hello…Top O The Morning Card with Momenta

Hello…Top O The Morning Momenta Fans!!!
We are heading into March…I am still pinching myself!!!
Can’t hardly believe how fast the year is flying by!

I create a simple St Patrick’s Day Card using Momenta Thanks Floral Wreath Cut and Embossing, 
Momenta Intricate Flower Cutting Template along with Authentique Dublin Collection.
Begin by adhering pattern paper to top of card base. 

Apply Mowed Lawn Ink to inside of Thanks Floral Wreath Cut and Embossing
lay white card stock down and emboss. 

Remove prepared card stock from folder; fussy cut inside circle out around leaves. 
Punch pattern paper and black card stock with corner punch; adhere behind prepared embossed piece. 
Add to front of card with pop dots. 

Die cut border using Momenta Intricate Flower Cutting Template; adhere to top of back card stock
Fussy cut around bottom scallops of die cut piece. 

Add “Top O The Morning” Detail Element to top of prepared scallop border. 

Ink white card stock with Mowed Lawn Ink. 
Corner punch prepared piece and black card stock mat; layer together. 
Place on card front with pop dots. 

Die cut “Hello” from black card stock and pattern paper using Momenta Thanks Floral Wreath Cut and Embossing.
Adhere together; add to front of card. 

Punch small image from pattern paper; add to small black card stock circle.
Add to top of card with pop dots.

Treasured Moments Memo Display Stand with Eileen Hull’s Inspiration Team

Hello everyone!!!

Have you been designing or following along with Eileen Hull Inspiration Team using her new dies from Sizzix? 
I hope so…since each week there are so many fabulous and inspiring projects being shared. 

Today I am sharing how to create a Treasure Moments Memo Display Stand…if you are like me…
WELL..
My life can get very hectic very quickly. 
SO..
I love the idea of jotting down a quick memo and what better way to remember those moments but keeping them all in one spot. 

Begin by covering the front and back of matboard with adhesive and pattern paper. 
Die cut Display Stand Die out; form stand. 

Cut scrap matboard to create covers for memo pad to measure 3 1/2″ x 1 3″4 to create the bind. 
Score 1/2″ from each side with Xacto Knife. 
Cut two 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ rectangles to form memo covers. 

Glue the top of a stack of memo pad; clamp together until glue dries. 

Adhere pattern paper to inside of created book; adhere prepared memo stack inside with glue. 
Add ribbon to back of book. Glue to prepared Display Stand.


Adhere Epherema card inside. 

Adhere ribbon to top of book with glue; dry. 
Tie bow to hold memo book close. 

Die cut doily from pattern paper; adhere to front of memo book. 
Add Heart Detail Element to top of doily with pop dots. 
Add metal bow and know to book. 

Adhere Detail Element to top of prepared Display Stand Die.
Add small metal button. 

Add Treasure Moments banner to top of prepared Display Stand with pop dots. 


Add fussy cut pattern paper border to top of prepared Display Stand

Pot of Gold Basket and Card with Xyron

Hi Xyron Fans!!!
May the Luck of Irish be with you as we head full steam ahead into March!!


Begin by applying adhesive to chipboard using Xyron Creative Station with Permanent Adhesive.



Repeat with second piece of chipboard; add pattern paper to both sides. 

Die cut basket using prepared chipboard. 

Form basket. 

Run prepared brim and border strip through Xyron 1.5″ Sticker Maker with Permanent Adhesive.

Adhere prepared pieces to basket. 

Add prepared handles to basket with brads. 

Decorate fussy cut images from pattern paper; add to front of basket with pop dots. 

Fill prepared basket full of your favorite “Gold” candies! 
Add small flag banner to basket using skewer; add twine bows to skewer. 

All candy treats need a special card…don’t you think! 

Adhere pattern paper to front of card base with Xyron Tape Runner with Permanent Adhesive using more of Authentique Dublin Collection.
Adhere border and scallop strips to front of card. 

Create mat using black card stock, Epherema Card and pattern paper; corner punch edges with DecoCorner Punch. 
Add to the front of card with pop dots. 
Add clear gemstones to border strip. Add “Happy St. Patrick’s Day to card with pop dots.

Irish Blessing with Authentique

Irish Blessings to all our fabulous Authentique Fans!
 I created a home décor piece using Authentique Dublin Collection and a piece of 5″ x 12″ chipboard and a banner die.

Cover 5″ x 12″ chipboard with Dublin pattern paper. 
Add border and scallop border to top of prepared chipboard. 
Adhere scallop border behind chipboard to create home décor background to decorate.

Decorate home décor background with sentiments from the Dublin Elements Sheet; adding to prepared home décor piece with pop dots.

Circle punch pieces from the Dublin Elements Sheet; add to prepared home décor piece with pop dots.

Die cut banners from Dublin pattern paper; layer together.

Punch scallop circles from Dublin pattern paper. Punch circle images from Dublin pattern paper. Layer together.

Add to banner with pop dots. Circle punch clovers from pattern paper; add to home décor with pop dots.

Add banners to prepared home décor piece to finish your Irish Blessing Home Décor piece.
