What better way to be happy but to get a bit inky!!!
I am sharing a mini tutorial on how to create a mixed media art journal page using Ranger Distress Inks and Markers along with my newest Sensation Stamp Set from Wild Whisper!

Begin by stamping the May Your Day Be Happy Sensations Stamp Set multiple times on the journal page using jet black ink from Ranger.

Mask off the stamp images and ink journal page with several colors of distress inks using a blending tool. Repeat until you get the back ground colors that you are happy with.

Stamp background images on prepared background with jet black ink and Mowed Lawn Distress Inks.

Apply distress inks using water pen to images.

Continue with changing distress inks to finish flowers and dragonflies.

Color smaller leaves and flowers with inks and markers using water pen.

Adhere small printed Epherema piece to prepared journal page.

Stamp sentiment with ink on white card stock; ink to match the journal page. 
Adhere to prepared art journal page.

You Better Sit Down and Enjoy a Cup of Coffee!!!!

Hi everyone are you excited to see all the new products that are being shared from Creativation 2020 Phoenix!

I am sharing my  Coffee Time Mixed Media Record using Rock Candy Embossing Powder and Coffee Stamps from Emerald Creek Craft Supplies
It is making quite the debut at the show! 
So lets rock out with Rock Candy Embossing Powder today with a fun tutorial!

Begin by apply embossing paste over your favorite stencil. Add  Rock Candy Embossing Powder to the top; heat set.

Add a bit of wash tape here and there on the record; dry brush white paint over the top.

Emboss Boozy Bear Chipboard: Circle Envy with Rock Candy Embossing Powder. 
Adhere to top of Wild Whisper Watercolour pattern paper.


Adhere to top of prepared recorded with adhesive. 
Apply embossing ink here and there on record; sprinkle Rock Candy Embossing Powder over top. Heat set. 
(Warping of record will occur if you are to close with heat gun but it will give it added character.)

Continue adding different colors of the Rock Candy here and there using embossing ink and heating with embossing gun.

Emboss small wooden spoon with Rock Candy Embossing Powder; add to record.

Repeat with metal key!

Stamp coffee cups on Wild Whisper Watercolour pattern paper. Fussy cut images out; add Rock Candy Embossing Powder to inside of cup; on coffee beans and around jar. Tie twine ribbon bow around jar; add fussy cut images to top of prepared record with pop dots.

I am sharing my Rock Candy Coffee Cup with you today!!!
DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS CREATED WITH…
WELL YES..
.Rock Candy Embossing Powder BUT what else?
RECORDS!!!!
Begin by heating up one record and carefully cut it on to start shaping around a small bowl. 
This will take a bit of time so be patient. 
As it cools you will need to reheat and hold the pieces together until cup is formed
Apply embossing ink to prepared cup; add Emerald Creek Craft Supplies Aqua Splash Molted Dimension to cup. 
Heat set. 
Add Blue Mojito Rock Candy around the rim. 
Repeat until you get the texture you like. 
Bend metal filigree to form coffee cup hand; apply embossing ink and embossing powder. 
Heat set. 
Add prepared handle to coffee cup with Glossy Accent. 
Adhere prepared cup to saucer. 
Create cookies using large wood buttons by adding embossing powder and Spearmint, Java Plum and Butterscotch Rock Candy Embossing Powder to the top. 

Repeat with second record; keeping it as flat as possible to create saucer. 
Apply embossing ink to wood spoon.
Add Caramel Rock Candy Embossing Powder to top; heat set. 
Repeat until you get the texture you like. 

Glue small Styrofoam ball to inside of prepared coffee cup.
Add embossing paste; sprinkle bit with Caramel Rock Candy Embossing Powder. 
Create Rock Candy sticks using small skewers. 
Add hot glue to end of dowel; add Spearmint and Cotton Candy Rock Candy Embossing Powder to top.
Repeat until you get the texture you like.

Butterfly Memories Mixed Media Canvas with Tutorial


Hello everyone!
Do you love mixed media?
Are you ready to create a few mixed media canvas using your ColorBox Chalk Inks along with ColorBox Butterfly Art Screen Trios and the fabulous ColorBox Bumblebee Clear Stamp Set!!! 
I know you will fall in love with the ease of using ColorBox Chalk Inks on canvas and card stock to create wonderful projects, cards, home décor or other items. 


Place bottom stencil from the ColorBox Butterfly Art Screens Trio set on your 10″ x 10″ canvas. Secure into place with tape. Apply ColorBox Lime Pastel Chalk Ink around the outside of the stencil using ColorBox Stylus and Tip; dry. 
Repeat with ColorBox Serene Chalk Ink; dry.

Apply ColorBox Yellow Ochre Chalk Ink to center of stencil on canvas using ColorBox Stylus and Tip. 
Remove stencil. Lay second stencil from the ColorBox Butterfly Art Screens Trio set to top of butterfly image on canvas; secure with tape.   
Apply ColorBox Lime Pastel Chalk Ink to top with ColorBox Stylus and Tip. 
Dry.  Remove stencil. 
Repeat with last of the trio stencils from the ColorBox Butterfly Art Screens Trio set. Secure stencil in place with tape; apply Orchid Pastel to top with ColorBox Stylus and Tip. Dry.

Place ColorBox Swirldot to prepared canvas; apply ColorBox Splash Chalk Ink using ColorBox Stylus and Tips. Dry.

Stamp small dot background to prepared canvas using ColorBox Licorice Premium Dye Ink.

Wrap prepared canvas with ribbon. 
Add bow and flowers to canvas with glue gun and glue sticks.

Paint “Memories” chipboard sentiment with white paint. Dry. 
Apply ColorBox Orchid Pastel to top of sentient. Dry. 
Adhere to top of canvas.

Place bottom stencil from the ColorBox Butterfly Art Screens Trio set on white card stock. 
Secure into place with tape. 
Apply ColorBox Yellow Ochre Chalk Ink on stencil using ColorBox Stylus and Tip. 
Remove stencil. 
Lay second stencil from the ColorBox Butterfly Art Screens Trio set to top of butterfly image on canvas; secure with tape. 
Apply ColorBox Lime Pastel Chalk Ink to top with ColorBox Stylus and Tip. Dry.
  Remove stencil. Repeat with last of the trio stencils from the ColorBox Butterfly Art Screens Trio set. Secure stencil in place with tape; apply Orchid Pastel to top with ColorBox Stylus and Tip. Dry. 

Fussy cut prepared butterfly from card stock; adhere body of butter fly to the body of butterfly on canvas. 

Add metal knobs to canvas.

Lift wings up.

Thanks So Much Mixed Media Card with ColorBox

Hello ColorBox Fans! Are you ready to create a few mixed media Thank You Cards using your ColorBox Dyestress Inks along with ColorBox Art Screens and the fabulous ColorBox Big Thanks Clear Stamp Set!!! We are sharing a fabulous tutorial on how to create your very own collection of mixed media cards.

Lay ColorBox Lattice Art Screen on white card stock. Apply ColorBox Dyestress Cattail Ink over top using ColorBox Stylus and Tip. Repeat with ColorBox Dyestress Salmon Ink to create background paper.  Remove art screen.

Lightly apply Dyestress Salmon and Citronelle Inks over prepared background paper using ColorBox Stylus and Tip. 

Stamp background images with Dyestress Shamrock and Posy Inks to prepared background paper. 

Lay ColorBox Swirldot Art Screen on prepared background paper. Apply white gesso to top with palette knife. Dry.

Distress edges of prepared background paper with distress tool. Ink edges with Dyestress Fruit Punch Ink using ColorBox Stylus and Tip. Adhere to Kraft Card Base.

Apply Dyestress Citronelle and Shamrock Ink to top of white card stock using ColorBox Stylus and Tip. Stamp flower border to top of prepared strip using ColorBox Licorice Premium Ink.

Distress edges on prepared border with distress tool. Ink edges with Dyestress Shamrock Ink. Repeat with White card stock border strip; ink with ColorBox Dyestress Posy Ink.

Adhere borders together. Adhere to front of card base. 

Apply ColorBox Dyestress Fruit Punch and Posy to top of white card stock using ColorBox Stylus and Tips. Stamp flower border twice on prepared card stock with ColorBox Licorice Premium Ink. Fussy cut flower images from card stock. Adhere one to top of card bordder. Add second one to top of border with pop dots. Add gemstones to center of flowers. 

Stamp larger flowers from image on white card stock using ColorBox Licorice Premium Ink. Apply Dyestress Citronella, Shamrock, Fruit Punch and Posy Ink to top of stamped images using ColorBox Stylus and Tips.

Add gemstone and bows to card front.


Apply ColorBox Dyestress Citronella and Shamrock ink to small white card stock strip using ColorBox Stylus and Tips. Distress edges with distress tool. Apply Dyestress Shamrock Ink to distress edges. Repeat with Dyestress Fruit Punch and Posy Inks. Distress edges with distress tool. Apply Dyestress Posy Ink to edges with ColorBox Stylus and Tip. Adhere together. 

 Add to card front with pop dots. Add small enamel dot.

I am so excited to share a my love for Graphic 45!
SO…
I am trying out for the Graphic 45 2019 – 2020 Brand Ambassador Design Team!!!
I love how easy it is to create Easy, Intermediate or Difficult projects using Graphic 45!
Graphic 45 papers and products always fits into my creative spirit!
Today I am sharing what I consider Intermediate and with the love of fussy cutting details.


Begin by applying Crackle Paste over stencil to canvas using palette knife. Dry.
Mix paints to achieve color hues to match pattern paper. 
Paint washed layers of paint to canvas; drying between each layer.


Stamp background images onto prepared canvas with paints; dry


Adhere chipboard frame and Epherema card to top of canvas. 

Fussy cut images from pattern paper

Add fussy cut images with pop dots


Adhere metal gears to top of canvas.

Tie twine bow to hot air balloon. 
Add twine string to bow

Twist and turn twine around gears and attach to Epherema Card


Add bow and flowers to canvas.

I love how perfect the collection is to anyone’s creative imagination!

Blessed Mixed Media Canvas with ColorBox

Hi ColorBox fans!!! Pam here today sharing my Blessed Mixed Media Canvas using ColorBox products from Clearsnap!!! I love the wintery mix of the hues of pinks and reds that are achieved from the Stephanie Barnard Sprays along with bits of greens to accent with! 

Begin by first painting a 10″ square canvas and chipboard panel with black paint; dry. Apply crackle finish on to dry canvas; allow it to dry. Paint white crackle paint over top of crackle; dry.

Lay stencil to top of prepared canvas; apply crackle paste with palette knife. Dry.

Spray prepared canvas and chipboard panel with Stephanie Barnard Sprays; drying between sprays.

Adhere prepared panel to front of canvas.

Die cut image from pattern paper using circle dies. Stamp “I’m So Very Blessed  To Have You In My Life” Sentiment to circle with black ink. Ink edges with ColorBox Nutmeg Blend. Adhere to top of larger die cut circle. Adhere to top of chipboard panel.

Spray watercolor with Stephanie Banana and Strawberry sprays; dry. Spatter with white paint. Stamp poinsettia stamp to top of paper.

 Fussy cut prepared poinsettia out; form with tweezers. Adhere together and add to top of canvas.

Stamp feathers from Thankful Stamp Set to pattern paper with black ink. Fussy cut out.

Adhere to top of canvas. Add small pinecones and flower soft to centers of poinsettias.

Add bow to front of canvas.

Fussy cut small bird from pattern paper; add to front of canvas with pop dots. Add a few more feathers and poinsettia to canvas.

Love, Joy, Peace Mixed Media Tag with ColorBox

Hi to all of our ColorBox fans! Today I am sharing how to create a fun mixed media tag using ColorBox Chalk Fluid Inks and the ColorBox Clear Cookie Stamp Set. The winter season is always a fabulous time to reflect on “Love, Joy and Peace”!

Begin your tag by stamping “Love, Joy, Peace” and snowflake to top of tag using ColorBox Watermark Ink.

Apply Clear Embossing Powder over top of stamp image. Heat with Embossing Gun. 

Apply ColorBox Yellow Ochre, Lime Pastel, Serene, and Lipstick Red Chalk Fluid Ink to top of tag using Color Box Stylus and Tips.

Stamp snowflake from  ColorBox Clear Cookie Stamp Set to top of tag using ColorBox Blue Lagoon ink. Ink edges with Colorbox Lipstick Red ink.

Spatter tag with black and white ink; dry.

Adhere prepared tag to pattern paper.

Paint chipboard with white paint; dry. Apply ColorBox Splash to top of prepared chipboard frame using ColorBox Stylus and Tip.

Adhere prepared frame to top of tag.

Stamp snowflake from the ColorBox Clear Cookie Stamp Set to top of frame with ColorBox Splash ink.

Adhere small flowers to tag along with snowflakes.

Add small bow to tag.

Family Mixed Media Canvas with Tutorial… ColorBox

FAMILY MIXED MEDIA CANVAS WITH TUTORIAL!

Paint both canvas in crackle Paint. Dry. Lay stencil on 8” x 10” canvas; apply crackle paste to top with palette knife. Dry.

Apply Colorbox Blends: Golden, Bay, Beach to both canvas. Adhere small canvas to top of large canvas.

Apply black paint to of stamp background; stamp background on large canvas. Dry. Spatter canvas with white and black paint. Dry


Paint chipboard frame with white paint. Dry. Emboss prepared chipboard with Baked Texture. 


Cut frame in half. Adhere pattern paper to back of frame.  


Adhere to frame halves to canvas.

Adhere small tag to small canvas. Fussy cut 2 sets of butterflies from the Ephemera cards. Adhere together at body. Adhere to top of tag.

Apply Colorbox Blends Golden and Stop to white card stock; wipe with wet one. Dry. 


Die cut flowers. Stamp flowers with Colorbox Blends Nutmeg and background stamp. 


Shape flowers with tweezers. Adhere flowers together. Add brad.

Cut leaves from white card stock; apply Colorbox Blends Golden, Leaf, Stop and Frog to each leaf. Wipe each leaf with wet one; dry. Adhere leaves to canvas.
